Dan is a real estate industry veteran who has worked for a leading regional homebuilder and a publicly-traded REIT over the last 25 years. Fields is a graduate of Georgia State’s School of Accountancy and is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker and Professional Community Association Manager. He has served on over 150 community association boards and managed an assorted variety of lifestyle communities including single-family, condos, townhomes, mixed-use and office ranging from 12 residents to over 2,000. He lives in Fayetteville, Georgia with his wife Edna and two children, Daniel and Olivia.
