Community Association Manager
Suzanne has had years of experience in management and administration. She’s negotiated contracts, managed special events, recruited and provided consultation between high-level management and staff. Through her work Suzanne has been responsible for million-dollar budgets as a financial administrator and executive assistant. In that role she reviewed and developed policies, coordinated volunteers among departments and reconciled bank accounts among other responsibilities.
She also has a background as a community associations manager, managing more than 1,500 homeowner accounts in 14 companies. She was responsible for all accounting including AP, AR, billing, invoicing and budgeting. Through her friendly, detail oriented and deadline driven personality she managed and organized new owner packages, requests and unpaid dues litigation.
