DAN FIELDS, PCAM – Managing Partner

Dan Fields became a founding partner of Fieldstone Realty Partners in 2011. His extensive professional background includes diverse experience in residential and commercial real estate, land strategy and acquisition and community association management. In his work at Fieldstone, Dan leverages his wealth of experience in partnership with national builders and local developers to provide compelling lifestyle communities for their customers and oversees the company’s brokerage, consulting and asset management operations. Dan is also Broker for Fieldstone Realty Partners.

Prior to founding Fieldstone, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Atlanta-based Cousins Properties where he managed the residential division portfolio in Texas, Georgia and Florida. He also served as Vice President at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods for more than twenty years where he led the land strategy, acquisition, entitlement and homeowner association management teams and served as President and Broker of Wieland Realty Associates.

Dan has been licensed Broker in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. He holds a Professional Community Association Manager designation from the Community Associations Institute and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University.  Dan has served on Christian City’s Board of Directors, Fayette County Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Fayette County Board of Education Construction Committee, Georgia Tech College of Architecture Advisory Board.  Dan and his wife of 30 years have two grown children.
