Portal

1. Visit resident www.comwebportal.com.
2. Select register as New User.
3. Enter your association, which should auto populate once you begin typing.
4. Enter your email address and click Find my record using this email.
5. If there is no email match, you will get an error message: “Sorry, we could not find a matching email address. Please try another or click here to try a different registration method.”
6. Click the link and proceed to enter in the association, email, and then your address and account number.
7. Once your account is validated you can create your password.
