Leasing cap is 25%. Currently, the owners have maxed the leasing cap and started a waiting list. No new permits are being issued at this time.

Your account number can be located on your Welcome Letter from when you first moved in or on any HOA dues statement you received. If you closed recently, your account number has not been issued yet. You can still access documents, but you’ll need to come back to register after you receive your welcome letter.
