Our team of managers are licensed, certified and have managed all types of community associations. Our community management business is overseen by industry veterans, Ryan Maki and Dan Fields, who have both earned the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager designation through the Community Association’s Institute.

Having served on the Board of Directors for over 200 community associations, Dan and Ryan bring an understanding of the tough challenges that arise in declarant-controlled community associations. We strive to eliminate potential conflict through transparent operations with the association membership, allowing our clients to focus on their goal of selling more homes.

The most important aspect of a community association is the financial operations of the association. Our dedicated team understands that true financial management does not only need correct accounting, but, true financial management ensuring that services provided to the association are the lowest cost for the best service. Managing covenant enforcement is an important aspect of professionally managing your community association. We understand that new purchasers may not be familiar with covenants and it is our goal to reasonably, but, effectively, communicate and enforce covenants to protect and enhance the values in your communities. We work hard to make sure the neighborhood presentation brings value to the homes within the community. We understand that the neighborhood’s common areas are your prospects first impression of your company, and we work closely with preferred service vendors to ensure neighborhoods managed by Fieldstone provide the aesthetic appeal to drive traffic to your sales center.
