RYAN MAKI, PCAM – Partner

Ryan Maki became a founding partner of Fieldstone Realty Partners in 2011. Drawing on his extensive professional experience in community and homeowner association management, Ryan oversees all of Fieldstone’s association management operations which have grown to encompass more than 300 communities across the Southeast. In addition, Ryan brings to Fieldstone nearly ten years of homebuilding industry experience including unique expertise in community and association creation and start-up for Fieldstone’s homebuilder and developer clients.

Before co-founding Fieldstone, Ryan was employed by Atlanta-based John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods for nine years where he served as Vice President of Neighborhood Associations and Golf Operations, leading the company’s in-house homeowner association management arm as well as the operation of the company’s golf course and club facilities in five southeastern cities.

Ryan holds a Community Association Management license in Georgia as well as the Professional Community Association Manager designation from the Community Associations Institute. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
